Making Your Change Initiatives 'Sticky'

New change initiatives become inert unless you can get the whole of an organization to act on its elements.  The best resource we have come across thus far that provides a step-by-step methodology for not only getting ideas across, but getting people to act on them, is the book Made to Stick by the brothers Chip & Dan Heath.

This presentation summarizes the key points from the book, but the best way to learn is by doing.
